Delivery statuses

Deliveries have these status conditions:

• RELEASED

  Delivery order lines start in a RELEASED status in Proof of Delivery.

• ASSIGNED

  When deliveries are assigned to a route, the status changes to ASSIGNED.

• HOLD

  When a delivery order is not successfully completed, the delivery is placed in the HOLD status. It is sent back to the ERP in this status.

• SHIPPED

  The delivery was successful and the delivery information was sent back to the ERP in this status.

• PICKEDUP

  When a purchase order is picked up from the vendor’s location.

• RECEIVED

  When a purchase order is delivered to the Ship-To address of the distributor.

• PARTIALLY RECEIVED

  When a purchase order is partially delivered to the Ship-To address of the distributor.
