Will Calls screen
The Will Calls screen displays the list of will call orders. You can click to refresh the list of will call orders.
The Will Call grid displays this information:
- Order ID
- Accounting Entity
- Status
- Customer ID
- Customer Name
- Warehouse
- Customer ShipTo Name
- Postal Code
- Ship Via Name
- Age
- Packages
- Order Transaction Type
Will call orders are initially added to this screen with the Ready status. When a will call order is processed for customer pickup in Proof of Delivery (POD) Mobile application, the status is updated to Picked Up.
This screen can be accessed by users assigned to these roles:
- Admin
- Manager
- Will Call
Note:
- The users assigned to Will Call role can access only the Will Call screen.
- Administrators can delete will call order from this screen.
