Proof of Delivery work flow

In Proof of Delivery, drivers can follow a work flow similar to this scenario.

• Sign in to Proof of Delivery.
• Download routes for your shift.

  Routes can be based on portions of a shift, such as morning, afternoon, and evening routes, or geographically, such as the west-side or downtown routes.

• For each route, determine the stops (ship-locations) where deliveries or pickup take place.

  Using the Driver app, you can view routes, stops per route and deliveries or pickup per stop.

• Make the delivery or pickup.

  Begin the check-in process at the delivery or pickup site. Check-in must be completed for every delivery or pickup made. The delivery or pickup information is submitted to the server during check-in.

There can be data transmission delays due to network availability. When delays occur, you can retry the transmission from the Pending Submission screen. Pending delivery submission data is cached on your mobile device.
