Using the Will Calls screen

The Will Call function enables customers to pick up orders from the warehouse instead of receiving shipment.

These actions can be performed on the screen:

• View this information of will call orders available for pickup:

  • Order Numbers
  • Customer or Contact Name
  • Address
  • Status
  • Item quantity
• Perform check-in for the orders.
• Capture pickup details, such as resolution, signature, notes, and photos.

The Will Calls screen and will call orders are displayed only when:

• You are assigned with the Will Call role.
• The value in the Disposition field is set to Will Call for the order on the Sales Order Entry-Customer Order Settings screen in CloudSuite Distribution (CSD).

If a will call order or order line is canceled due to lost business in CSD, a notification is displayed in the Proof of Delivery (POD) Driver application about the change in the order. A message about the removed order line is also displayed within an order on the Will Call Details screen.
