Global search results
When you conduct a global search on an entity value, results are displayed in a list on the Search window.
For example, if you conduct a search on “grand,” results are displayed for all entities where a match was made with the word “grand.” The Search window shows up to five records per entity heading. If more than five records match the search criteria for an entity, you can click Find More to show the additional records.
To display a record, click the appropriate link to view an entity, such as Customer Inquiry.
The left panel for the Search results window contains the Search In section. You can select an entity in the Repository field in the Search In section to show the search results for that entity only. You can then use the fields in the Refine section to narrow your search.
You can conduct a subsequent search from the search results window. Specify a new search value and, then click . Optionally, you can click to clear the results of a search and return to the global search window.
AI search
You can use the option in the Search field to perform a search and generate an AI overview based on the search results. The AI overview is displayed in a collapsible panel above the search results. The overview provides section-by-section insights and identifies patterns across entities based on the available information.
You can also use the option next to each section heading to generate insights for the search results within the section. The generated insights are displayed in a window, where you can use the option to copy the generated insights.
When you select an entity in the Repository field, the AI overview is regenerated for the selected entity. If you click , the repository value is cleared, and the AI overview is regenerated for the original search value.
