Deactivating a feature flag

  1. Select System Administrator > Administration > Administrator Options > System > Feature Flags. The Feature Flags screen is displayed.
  2. Locate the required active feature.
    Note: You can use the Search field in the grid to filter features based on feature identifiers, descriptions, release version, and dependency information.
  3. Clear the Active check box corresponding to the required feature.
    Note: 

    If the selected feature is a prerequisite for another active feature, the selected feature cannot be deactivated until all dependent features are inactive. If an active dependency exists, this error message is displayed:

    This feature cannot be inactivated because the following active feature(s) depend on it: SXWEB-<xxxxx>

  4. Click Save. The feature is deactivated.
    Note: You must sign out and sign in to the application to view the changes.
