These agents operate within the defined parameters, enabling the GenAI Assistant to securely and efficiently access CloudSuite APIs and support a wide range of business functions. By structuring API calls and returning meaningful data, these agents help users complete tasks and obtain insights through a conversational interface, without interacting directly with the underlying enterprise systems.

AI agents extend the capabilities of the GenAI Assistant by providing access to the enterprise data and services through APIs. These agents are designed to interpret user queries and interact with Infor CloudSuite applications to retrieve relevant information or assist with transactions. Each agent is responsible for specific operations, ensuring that users receive accurate and structured responses.

The CSD agents extend the GenAI Assistant with capabilities that support customer service, credit, order, and product operations in CSD. Users can perform these actions using natural language:

• Retrieve customer credit, balance, and credit score information.
• Review invoice, payment, and transaction history.
• Look up product availability, pricing, and related details.
• View order information including orders on credit hold.

The agents also support targeted actions, such as updating a customer sell type and managing order hold codes. By interpreting user requests and calling the appropriate SX services, the agents enable customer service, credit, and collections personnel to obtain information and complete routine tasks through a conversational interface, without navigating through the CSD application.
