Replenishment Risk Analysis

The Replenishment Risk Analysis widget displays the replenishment risk related information, such as Warehouse, Vendor, Buyer, Product Line, Product Ranking, Risk Level, Products at Risk, and Sales Order at Risk. The risk level is displayed in colors based on the level of risk, such as Low, Medium, High, and Critical.

This widget uses Gen AI to determine the replenishment risk score and risk level for a product based on these five factors:

  • Line Hits score
  • Usage Quantity score
  • Average Inventory Value score
  • COGS score
  • Unique Customer score

You can perform these actions in the widget:

  • Filter the data in the grid using the search field.
  • Specify the required number of records in the Record Limit field to determine the count of records to be displayed in the grid.
  • Click a warehouse number to access the details of the warehouse on the Warehouse Description Setup screen in the CloudSuite Distribution (CSD) application.
  • Click a vendor number to access the details of the vendor on the Vendor Inquiry screen in the CSD application.
  • Click a product line number to access the details of the product line on the Product Line Setup screen in the CSD application.
  • Click the Details icon in the Products at Risk column to access the Products at Risk window and perform these actions:
    • View basic information of products at risk, such as Warehouse ID, Buyer, Risk Level, Vendor, and Product Line.
    • View the list of products at risk in the grid, along with the information such as Product, Product Description, Risk Score, Net Available, Safety Stock, Days Inventory, Next PO Number, Next PO Date, Next PO Qty, Avg Lead Time, Usage Rate, Stockout Date, and Replenishment Date.
    • Click a product number to access the details of the product on the Product Inquiry screen in the CSD application.
    • Click the risk score of a product to access the Risk Factors window.
  • Click the Details icon in the Sales Orders at Risk column to access the Sales Orders at Risk window and perform these actions:
    • View basic information of sales orders at risk, such as Warehouse ID, Buyer, Risk Level, Vendor, and Product Line.
    • View the list of sales orders at risk in the grid, along with the information such as Product, Product Description, Risk Score, Sales Order Number, Customer Name, Ship To Number, UOM, Net Available, and Quantity on Hand.
    • Click a product number to access the details of the product on the Product Inquiry screen in the CSD application.
    • Click a sales order number to access the details of the sales order on the Sales Order Inquiry screen in the CSD application.
    • Click a customer name to access the details of the customer on the Customer Inquiry screen in the CSD application.
    • Click the risk score of a sales order to access the Risk Factors window.

You can perform these actions in the Risk Factors window:

  • View the product, color coded risk level, and weighted score of the factor.
  • Select a factor in the Factors field to view the description, weightage, and risk score of the selected factor.
