Enabling a user to force ship products

The quantity of a product in a Storeroom warehouse can be greater than is shown in Storeroom or Distribution SX.e product record balances.

To adjust the balance, a user can force ship, or over-issue, the full quantity. You must enable users to override the shipping quantity to force ship products.

  1. Select System Administrator > Setup > Operator.
  2. Select the operator record, and then click Edit.
  3. Click the Entry Options tab.
  4. Select Qty Ship Override in OE in the Quantity Ship Override Option field.
  5. Click Save.
