Creating a backend service

1. In API Gateway, select Authorized Apps.
2. Click Add New App.
3. Specify this information:

   Name

   Specify the name of the vending machine application.

   Type

   Select Backend Service.

   Description

   Specify a description, such as <Vending machine application> Backend Service.

4. Click Save.
5. Select the backend service from the list of authorized apps.
6. Click Download Credentials.
7. Click Create Service Account.
8. Specify the name of the Infor OS user that is assigned at least one Storeroom security role other than SM.StoreroomMobile.
9. Specify a description.
10. Click Download. The credentials are downloaded to a comma-separated value (CSV) file. Save this file to a system folder.
