Configuring a document flow between Distribution SX.e and Storeroom

  1. In ION, select Connect > Data Flows.
  2. Click Add > Document Flow.
  3. In the Name field in the left pane, specify SX_Storeroom.
  4. Drag two Application icons to the canvas.
  5. Select Application1.
  6. In the Name field, specify SX.
  7. In the Description field, specify Distribution SX.e.
  8. Click Add to add a connection point.
  9. In the Select Application window, select SX and then click OK.
  10. Select Application2, and specify Storeroom in the Name and Description fields.
  11. Click Add.
  12. Select Storeroom as the application, and then click OK.
  13. Select the Page icon between the application icons, and then click Add.
  14. In the Add Documents window, scroll and select these BODS:
    • Sync.InventoryCount
    • Sync.ItemMaster
    • Sync.Location
    • Sync.Requisition
    • Sync.Shipment
    • Sync.SupplierPartyMaster
  15. Save the document flow.
  16. Click Activate to activate the document flow.
