Creating a machine record

1. Select Setup > Machine.
2. Click Search to view all existing machine records.
3. Click New.
4. Specify this information:

   Machine

   Specify an alpha-numeric designation for the machine.

   Name

   Specify a name for the machine. If the value in the Machine field is a non-descriptive designation, the value in this field name can further define the machine. The machine and name values are displayed in the Machine lookup.

   Department

   Specify the department that is associated with the machine.

5. To assign products to the machine:
   1. Click the lookup icon.
   2. Select one or more products.
   3. Click the Close icon.
6. Click Submit.
