Deliveries that are removed from a route are released back to the available delivery pool to be assigned to another route. If you remove or reassign a delivery from a route with no other open deliveries, the route is marked as FINISHED.

- Optionally, use the Search box to narrow the records in the Routes grid to the OPEN or ASSIGNED status.
Note: You can also select routes in RETRIEVED status. When you select Edit to remove a delivery from a RETRIEVED route, the status is changed to ASSIGNED, where it can be changed.
- Drill down on the route to access the Route Detail window.
- Select the delivery to remove in the grid and click Remove.
- On the Remove Delivery dialog, click Remove Delivery.
