Registering users

Users are created in Infor OS and synchronized with Proof of Delivery using BODs.

Proof of Delivery has three types of users: administrators, managers, and handlers.

Administrators are managers or handlers who have an additional role that allows them to complete these tasks:

• Create warehouses
• Activate users and associate warehouses
• Optionally configure auto-delivery roll back

Managers are responsible for drivers, warehouses, or both. Managers and handlers have access to only the warehouses they are associated with.
