Scanning deliveries for a route

  1. Select Routes from the navigation menu. The Routes screen is displayed.
  2. Click the drill down icon to check the details of a route. The Route Detail screen is displayed.
  3. Click Scan Delivery. The Scan Delivery window is displayed.
    Note: The Scan Delivery option is enabled for routes with OPEN or ASSIGNED status only.
  4. Specify the full or partial Delivery IDs for the selected route. This ID is populated automatically when you scan a pick ticket.
  5. Press Enter to add the delivery to the Scanned Deliveries grid. A confirmation message is displayed, and the deliveries are added to the Scanned Deliveries grid after successful scanning.
    Note: 
    • A warning message is displayed if the delivery already exists in the grid.
    • If multiple matching records exist, the Multiple Delivery Records Found window is displayed, wherein you can select the required deliveries to be added to the grid.
    • If the warehouse of the scanned delivery is not allowed for the assigned driver, the delivery can still be assigned to the route. However, a message is displayed in the Warnings column.
  6. Click Assign to add deliveries to the route.
    Note: 
    • Deliveries are added to the grid based on the scanning sequence. You can rearrange the sequence of groups and deliveries within each group using the Reorder option.
    • You can use the Remove option to remove deliveries from the Scanned Deliveries grid before assigning the deliveries to the route.
