Counting products in list entry mode

  1. Select Count Entry on the WM Mobile application. The Count Entry screen is displayed.
  2. Specify this information:
    Warehouse
    The warehouse linked to the products for which the Count Entry is to be performed.
    Run
    The valid run number linked to the specified warehouse.
    Starting Bin Location
    The bin location to be used as the starting point.
    Reconciliation Count
    Select this check box to run a reconciliation count.
    Confirm Product
    Select this check box to view the Confirm Product field in the Count Entry details window.
    Note: By default, this check box is selected, and you must specify the product number on the Count Entry details window to complete the count.
    Scan by Product
    Clear this check box to access the Count Entry details window in List Entry mode and scan the products sequentially.
    Note: By default, this check box is cleared.
  3. Click Search. The Count Entry details window is displayed, wherein you can view the details of the first product on the count. A message is displayed if the product is the last item in the count. The selected Warehouse and Run numbers are displayed at the top left of the screen.
    Note: 
    • You can use the Scan Mode option to switch to scan mode.
    • If the run number specified on the Count Entry screen is linked to the serialized or lot product, you can use these options on this window:
      • Serials: To select and assign available serial numbers for all items being counted for the product.
      • Lot: To adjust or add new lots for the product.
  4. Specify the product number in the Confirm Product field.
    Note: 
    • The specified product number must match the value in the Product field to avoid errors.
    • The Confirm Product field is displayed, only if the Confirm Product check box is selected on the Count Entry window.
  5. Specify the quantity counted for the product in the Quantity Counted field.
  6. Click Save. The Verify Count window is displayed if the Quantity Counted value is less than the Quantity Expected Bin Location value.
    Note: If the specified Quantity Counted value is equal to the Quantity Expected Bin Location value, the count for the product is completed, and the next product is loaded for count.
  7. Specify the quantity counted for the product in the Re-enter Quantity Counted field.
    Note: This value must be equal to the value specified in the Quantity Counted field.
  8. Click OK. The count for the current product is completed, and the next product is loaded for count.
    Note: If the specified value is not equal to the You Entered value, the Entered value must match previous value error message is displayed.
  9. Repeat steps 4-8 for each product. The Entered and Quantity Counted fields for the product order are populated on the ICEPE screen in Distribution SX.e.
    Note: The No Outstanding Counting Records for this Run message is displayed after the count of the last item is completed.
