Expanding the facets in facet search

  1. Select System Administrator > Setup > Business Rule.
  2. Click New.
  3. Specify this information in the Template section:
    Category
    Select CONFIG.
    Rule
    Select Configuration Setting.
  4. Select the Global checkbox in the Global/Company section.
  5. Specify this information in the Rule section:
    Node Name
    Specify Infor.WebUI.
    Attribute Name
    Specify UserSettings.LookupMaxFacetsResults.
    Rule Value
    Specify the number of facets to display in the facet fields.
    Note: 
    • By default, the business rule is set to 100. You can adjust this number as needed.
    • If the business rule is deleted, the maximum number of facets defaults to 10.
  6. Click Save.
  7. Sign out and sign in to view the increased facets in the facet search.
