Closing an activity in the context widget

  1. In the Activities widget, click Expand.
  2. Specify search criteria, and then click Search.
  3. Click the Select icon to open the activity.
  4. Click Edit.
  5. Select Inactive in the Status field.
  6. Select a value in the Result field that indicates why the activity was closed.
  7. Click Save.
