OT Transaction Entry - Details - Header field descriptions
The Tracking number, broker or vendor number, Ship-from number, warehouse and stage are displayed in screen header. Fields are presented in alphabetic order.
Vendor
- Broker Address

When you specify a Broker or Vendor, the address information from Vendor Setup is displayed. This information can be overridden here for the purpose of the tracking document. Vendor Setup is not updated.
 - Broker City/State/ZIP

When you specify a Broker or Vendor, the address information from Vendor Setup is displayed. This information can be overridden here for the purpose of the tracking document. Vendor Setup is not updated.
 - Broker Country

When you specify a Broker or Vendor, the country from Vendor Setup is displayed. You can select another country for the tracking document. Vendor Setup is not updated.
 - Broker Phone #

When you specify a Broker or Vendor, the phone number from Vendor Setup is displayed. This information can be overridden here for tracking document. Vendor Setup is not updated.
 - Contact Name
 - 
            
Optionally, specify a contact name. This is stored with the tracking document for future inquiry.
 - Country of Origin
 - 
            
The country where the shipment originated. This must be set up in SA Table Code Value Setup-Country Code.
 - Destination
 - 
            
The shipment’s final country of destination. This must be set up in SA Table Code Value Setup-Country Code.
 
Ship
- Ship From #
 - 
            
A ship from number if needed. The information defaults from Vendor Ship From Setup but cannot be changed. When you specify a ship from number, the name, address, phone for the ship from are displayed.
 
Container
- Bill of Lading #
 - 
            
The shipment’s bill of lading number, if there is one.
 - Container #
 - The container number for the shipment.
 - Letter of Credit #
 - The shipment’s letter of credit number, if there is one.
 - Port #
 - 
            
The port number where the shipment is received.
 - Port Name
 - 
            
The name of the port where the shipment is received.
 - Size
 - 
            
The size of the container. This is typically 48 or 53 (feet), although there are smaller containers of 36 or 40 feet in length.
 
Ship
- Ship Company
 - 
            
The name of the company carrying the shipment.
 - Shipment ID
 - 
            
The shipment identification provided by the shipping company.
When you specify a ship company and shipment id, the vessel name, voyage #, and receiving warehouse for the shipment are displayed.
