Function acronym: RSIH

Use this page to view the history of report jobs (one-time or stored) that are initiated by the Report Scheduler program and run by the Report Run program in the application. By default, you can view job records that have been created in the last 90 days. The records older than 90 days are automatically deleted from the database by the RDClean utility of the Report Scheduler program.

Note: These records are also sent to Data Lake.

You can perform these actions on this screen:

  • View the list of report jobs that are in process, failed, or already processed.
  • Filter the report jobs by Function Name, Operator, Report Name, Start Date range, and Status Type, using the Search panel.

    Possible values for Status Type:

    • Initial: The reports that are initiated by the Report Scheduler program and are ready to be processed.
    • In Process: The reports that are being processed by the Report Run program.
    • Error: The reports that are not processed due to errors.
    • Completed: The reports that are processed.
  • View the ranges and options defined for the report, along with other information, using the Details icon.
Note: To access this screen, the required functional security level must be defined for the rsi and rsih functions on the SA Operator Setup - Function Security screen.

You can use these business rules:

  • SkipReportHistory: To disable the storing of report history.
  • DaysToKeepRpthist: To define the number of days for which the history of reports must be retained. This value overrides the default value of 90 days defined for the RDClean utility.
