Function acronym: ICREA

Use this report to export existing product attributes (for a range of products or a selected list of products) to a CSV file.

This report can include new attributes created by Gen AI for the selected products, based on the GenAI Attributes field value specified on the Options screen.

The exported CSV file includes these columns:

  • Product ID: The ID of the product specified on the Product Setup screen.
  • AttributeName: The name of the attribute associated with the product. For example, Color.
  • AttributeNameDescription: The description for the attribute.
  • AttributeValue: The value assigned to the attribute. For example, Red, Green, Yellow, or Violet.
  • AttributeValueDescription: The description for the attribute value.
  • Type: The type of values accepted for the attribute, such as Text, Number, or Boolean.
  • Sequence: The order in which the attributes are processed for the product.
  • SelectedUom: The Unit of Measure (UOM) defined for the attribute. The UOMs are defined on the SA Table Code Value Setup - Unit Conversion screen.
  • UomRequired: Indicates whether a UOM value is required for the attribute.
  • AllowFreeFormValues: Indicates whether the attribute is created in free form.
  • AttributeGroup: The attribute group to which the attribute is linked.
  • isFromAI: Indicates whether the attribute is created by the GenAI tool based on the parameters such as description, category, model, manufacturer, and brand.

Prerequisites to include the AI-generated attributes in the report:

  • Procure Gen AI license.
  • Install all Gen AI services in the specific tenant.

  • Ensure that the bulk-export-attributes prompt is defined on the SA Table Code Value Setup - GenAI screen.
