Customer Inquiry - Overview overview
Use this tab to view summary information about the customer.
The Overview tab provides quick access to sales and credit information within these sections:
- Banner
Shows basic details about the customer, including their address and phone numbers. Use the links from these fields to view the customer location on Google Maps, or to call the customer using your native calling application, such as Skype or Teams. You can download the customer's logo to a Customer Image document type in Infor Document Management.
- Sales Overview
Shows Sales, Cost, and Margin amounts as bar charts for the current and previous years. Hover over each bar to view the total amounts as numeric values.
- Sales Info
Shows the same sales, cost, and margin amounts as donut charts. The YTD chart includes a drillback to the Order Details tab.

Score Card
Shows the AI-generated score and risk level of a customer. The total score is determined by the following factors, which are displayed in a donut chart:
- Payment Pattern
- Periods Weighted
- Credit Used
- On Hold
- True Payment
You can click the score to view information related to the customer score.
When you click a factor, the grid displays additional information related to the selected factor. You can also use the option to view the details of the selected factor.

Prerequisites:
- Procure Infor Velocity Suite.
- Ensure that the AI model is trained to access the score card data.
- Ensure that the InforAI_AUTH and InforAI_BaseURL records are defined on the SA Application Integration Endpoint Setup screen.
- Credit Info
Shows the customer's available credit based on their credit limit and other credit history. Drillbacks are available from each billing period balance to view the related detail on the Transactions tab.
