Check Reconciliation > Entry > Check Center

Function acronym: CREC

Use this function to post transactions that have cleared your account, or clear transactions posted to Check Reconciliation by other modules.

On this page you can perform these actions:

  • Click Quick Entry to access the Quick Entry window to enter any bank charges or interest.
  • Reconcile transactions that have cleared your bank.
  • View transactions that are posted to Check Reconciliation.
  • View the SAT information such as the:
    • SAT Status: Transaction status such as Not Sent, Sent, Error, In Process, Inactive, and so on.
    • SAT UUID: The unique ID assigned by SAT when the transaction is completed.
    Note: The SAT information is displayed when:
    • The Enable Mexican Localization Interface check box is selected on the SA Administrator Options - Integration - Mexican Localization screen to enable the Mexican Localization interface.
    • The customer has an associated Order Use Code value specified on the Customer Setup - eCommerce screen.
