BD Load Center Entry - Details field descriptions

Fields are presented in alphabetic order.

Compartment ID

Specify a compartment ID.

Delivery Date

Specify a delivery date. The date must be equal to or greater than the current date.

Note: This field is displayed only if the Type of Service field value in the navigational panel is set to Fill.

Pickup Date

Specify a pickup date. The date must be equal to or greater than the current date.

Note: This field is displayed only if the Type of Service field value in the navigational panel is set to Empty.

Qty to Deliver

Specify the quantity to deliver. The new quantity is updated on the sales order.

Note: This field is displayed only if the Type of Service field value in the navigational panel is set to Fill.

Qty to Pickup

Specify the quantity to pickup. The new quantity is updated on the sales order.

Note: This field is displayed only if the Type of Service field value in the navigational panel is set to Empty.

Route

Optionally, specify the route for which you are scheduling deliveries or pickups. The default value in this field is retrieved from BD Tank Master Setup when both of these conditions are met:

• Specify Tank in the Delivery Route Default field in SA Administrator Options-Documents-Sales Orders-Processing.
• Define a group for delivery route planning in the Delivery Group field in BD Tank Master Setup.

The default value in this field is retrieved from Customer Setup or Customer Ship To Setup when you specify Customer/Ship To in the Delivery Route Default field in SA Administrator Options-Documents-Sales Orders-Processing.

Use this setting to differentiate between the route used for packaged goods and the route used for bulk deliveries or pickups. For packaged goods, the route specified in Customer Setup or Customer Ship To Setup is used as the default route when you select Customer/Ship To as the option. For bulk deliveries or pickups, the route specified in BD Tank Master Setup is used as the default route when you select Tank.

Truck ID

Specify a truck ID.
