Division security by function: System Administrator

This table shows how the division security controls are applied to System Administrator module functions:

SA Table Code Value Setup-Division	Division # drop-down list is limited to allowed divisions only.
SA Exemption Setup	Search results are limited to exemption records associated with a customer or ship to record assigned to an allowed division and where the Restrict Data Access For AR option is Yes.
SA Freight Bill Account Setup	Search results are limited based on the search filter record Type: Warehouse: limited to only those with a warehouse associated with a division that is allowed and where Restrict Data Access for IC is Yes. Customer or customer ship to: limited to customers or customer ship tos assigned to allowed divisions only and where Restrict Data Access For AR is Yes.

These System Administrator reports are limited to records assigned to no division or allowed divisions only. The record type is noted.

SA ION I/C Balances Report - based on the Product Warehouse Description Setup record and the user’s Restrict Data Access for IC setting.
SA Administrator ION G/L Balance Update Report - based on the GL Account Setup records and the user’s Restrict Data Access for GL setting.
