Activating Infor GenAI services in CSD through a business rule

Use the SA Business Rule Setup screen to create a business rule that activates Infor GenAI services in Distribution SX.e. For example, the Sell It and Support It options in the Product Advisor context widget, uses Infor GenAI to generate the comprehensive product information required for selling and servicing a product.

  1. Select System Administrator > Setup > Business Rule.
  2. Click New.
  3. Specify this information in the Template section:
    Category
    Select CONFIG.
    Rule
    Select Feature Activate.
  4. Select the Global check box in the Global/Company section.
  5. Specify this information in the Rule section:
    Attribute Name
    Specify INFOROS.GENAI.
    Rule Value

    Specify yes to activate or no to deactivate Infor GenAI services in Distribution SX.e.

    Note: By default, the value in this field is set to no.
  6. Click Save.
  7. Sign out and sign in to the application for the changes to take effect.
