Activating Infor AI services in CSD through a business rule

Use the SA Business Rule Setup screen to create a business rule that activates Infor AI services in Distribution SX.e. For example, the Score Card section in Vendor Inquiry - Overview screen and Customer Inquiry - Overview screen, interacts with Infor AI to display vendor and customer scores.

  1. Select System Administrator > Setup > Business Rule.
  2. Click New.
  3. Specify this information in the Template section:
    Category
    Select CONFIG.
    Rule
    Select Feature Activate.
  4. Select the Global check box in the Global/Company section.
  5. Specify this information in the Rule section:
    Attribute Name
    Specify INFOROS.AI.
    Rule Value

    Specify yes to activate or no to deactivate Infor AI services in Distribution SX.e.

    Note: By default, the value in this field is set to no.
  6. Click Save.
  7. Sign out and sign in to the application for the changes to take effect.
