Modifying standard workspace
Users with a PORTAL-Content Administrator role can make changes to a standard workspace by duplicating and modifying the required content.
To duplicate and modify a workspace:
- Select the Navigation pane in the top right.
 - Rest the pointer on the workspace to modify.
 - Select the ellipsis next to the name of the workspace.
 - Click Duplicate .
 - Specify a name for the new workspace when prompted.
 - Click OK. The workspace is now saved to the Workspace Catalog as a published workspace specific to this tenant.
 - Click Edit, to enable edit mode.
 - Rearrange, add or remove widgets from the widget catalog as required.
 - Click Save.
 - The published workspace is now updated and available in the Workspace Catalog.
