Quick Actions

This widget provides instant access to the frequently used tasks and shortcuts to improve the efficiency and convenience for a user.

In this widget, you can use these quick access options:

• Manage invoices on dispute: To view and manage disputed invoices.
• Send dunning letter: To send AI generated dunning letters to the customers.
  Note: This option is enabled in the Advanced Workspace.
• Manage customer activities: To view existing activities and create new activities for the selected customer.
• Lookup customer documents: To retrieve the customer documents.
• Lookup lock box transactions: To retrieve the lock box transactions.
• View customer score: To view the risk level, score, score factors, and details of each score factor for the selected customers.
  Note: This option is enabled in the Advanced Workspace.
