Trade Invoice
This widget displays the total number of Trade invoices that are processed through the automation process. The invoices are categorized by invoice status and are displayed in a donut chart. The types of status include:
- Success: Trade invoices that are successfully registered through the automation process.
- Archive: Duplicate Trade invoices that are registered through the automation process.
- Missing Information: Trade invoices that have failed to register as the automation process is unable to extract the mandatory fields from the trade invoice document. This includes invoices that are reviewed and ready for registration, and invoices that are yet to be reviewed.

Needs Verification: Trade invoices that have failed to register through the automation process with exceptions such as:
- Invoice type cannot be determined
- Related Purchase Orders (PO) are already costed
- User verification is required
- Invoice is already registered
- PO API error
- Invoice number exceeds 15 characters
This includes invoices that are reviewed and ready for registration, and invoices that are yet to be reviewed.

Failure: Trade invoices that have failed to register through the automation process with exceptions such as:
- Scanned invoice status is Costed or Closed
- EDI mismatch
- Session timeout
- Scanned document is not a trade invoice
This includes invoices that are reviewed and ready for registration, and invoices that are yet to be reviewed.
- Pending Process: Trade invoices that have failed to register through the automation process because the associated purchase order is not received (PONOTRECEIVED). This includes invoices that are reviewed and ready for registration, and invoices that are yet to be reviewed.
You can perform these actions in the widget:

Filter the widget data, using the Filter icon. The filter options include:
- Today
- Month to Date
- Year to Date
- Hover over the chart sections to view counts of Trade invoices.

Click the Success section in the chart, or the Success window. In this window, you can perform the following actions:
icon below the chart, to access the- View the trade invoice details such as, Vendor Name, Invoice Number, Invoice Date, Purchase Order Number, Invoice Type, Exception, Comments, and Last Run Date.
- Click Purchase Order Number to access the Purchase Order Inquiry screen in the Distribution SX.e application.
- View and hide row filters, using the option.
- Filter data, using the Run filter option.
- Remove all filters, using the Clear filter option.
- Export the entire data to an Excel file, using the option.

Data related to the Trade invoices with exceptions of Missing Information type, that are yet to be reviewed, is defaulted on this tab.
