Required actions for Orders on hold matrix

When you click the Orders on hold matrix in the On Your Radar widget, the related required actions are displayed. Orders on hold are categorized by customer and displayed as slim cards.

You can use these options in the widget for orders on hold:

  • View all: Allows you to view the complete list of orders on hold in the Orders on Hold window wherein you can use the search field to filter the list.
  • Review: Allows you to view the list of orders on hold for each customer in the Orders on Hold window.

You can perform these actions in the Orders on Hold window:

  • View credit information and the list of orders on hold for the customer.
  • View the level of risk for a customer. You can click the risk level value for a customer in the Risk field to access a new window wherein you can view the customer number, risk level, score, score factors, and details of the selected factor. Possible values:

    • Total customer score
    • Periods final score
    • Credit used final score
    • On hold final score
    • Payment pattern final score
    • True payments final score

    You can click the customer number to access the Customer Inquiry screen in the CSD application.

    Note: The Risk field is enabled in the advanced workspace.
  • Click the name of the customer to access the Customer Inquiry screen in the CSD application.
  • Filter the grid by date range, order stage, and transaction type. The default values of these fields are Last 7 days, Entered-Shipped, and All.
  • Click an order number to access the Credit Release Inquiry - Detail screen in the CSD application.
  • Click on the activity of an order to view the history of activities and create new activities.
  • Select the required orders and click Approve to approve the orders.
  • Use the Show filter row option to view and hide row filters.
  • Use the Clear filter option to remove the filters.
  • Use the Export to Excel option to export the entire list of orders to an Excel sheet.
