On Your Radar

This widget is used to focus on addressing and managing orders that require immediate attention. The widget comprises of these matrices that display the number of related tasks:

  • Shipments past due: This matrix displays the number of orders for which, the promised date has crossed in the last seven days.
  • Orders at risk: This matrix displays the number of potential shipment delays (number of days) in the next seven days. The predicted date is determined based on the history.
  • Orders on hold: This matrix displays the list of orders for which the approval is pending. For each order, an indicator is displayed if the order is on hold.
  • Expiring quotes: This matrix displays the number of orders for which:
    • The Order Type is set to Quote.
    • The Order status is set to Entered.
    • The condition to expire is defined as Cancel Date = Order Entered Date + Cancel Days where Cancel Days is defined on the AO options screen of Distribution SX.e.
Note: 
  • You can click the matrix to view the data related to these tasks in the Required Actions widget.
  • The maximum number of records displayed in each matrix is 250. If the number of records exceed 250, the count is displayed as 250+.
