Required Actions
This widget displays the data based on the matrix selected in the On Your Radar widget.
You can use these options in the widget:
- : Use this option to turn off the reminder for the action.
- : Use this option to access the Snooze list window. You can view all the required actions for which the reminder is turned off using the option. You can click to remove the required actions from the snooze list.
- : Use this option to view all the required actions.
Required actions for Shipments past due matrix
When you can click the matrix in the On Your Radar widget, the related required actions, grouped by customers, are displayed. Orders with the oldest promised date are assigned higher priority.
You can click to access the Past due shipment window wherein the orders linked to the selected customer are displayed.
You can click to view the related details on the Product Availability Inquiry screen in the application. You can click to view the activities related to the order. You can use the option to add a new activity to the order.
Required actions for Orders at risk matrix
When you can click the matrix in the On Your Radar widget, the related required actions, grouped by customers, are displayed. Orders with the recent promised date are assigned higher priority.
You can click to access the Orders at risk window wherein the orders linked to the selected customer are displayed. You can click order number to view the related details on the Order Inquiry screen in the application.
- When you select an order and click the reminder for customer is turned off. You can view these orders in the snooze list.
- You can use the option to export the entire list of orders to an Excel sheet.
- You can click to close the window. If an action is not taken, the reminders for the customer are not turned off. If you take an action for an order, the order is removed from the widget.
Required actions for Orders on hold matrix
When you can click the matrix in the On Your Radar widget, the related required actions, grouped by customers, are displayed. Orders with the recent promised date are assigned higher priority.
You can click to access the Orders on hold window wherein the on-hold orders linked to the selected customer are displayed. You can click order number to view the related details on the Order Inquiry screen in the application. You can click to view the activities related to the order. You can use the option to add a new activity to the order.
Required actions for Expiring Quotes matrix
When you can click the matrix in the On Your Radar widget, the related required actions, grouped by customers, are displayed. Orders with the recent cancelled date are assigned higher priority.
You can click to access the Expiring Quotes window wherein the you can view all the expiring quoted the selected customer are displayed. You can click order number to view the related details on the Order Inquiry screen in the application. You can click to convert the selected quote to the order.
