Required Actions

This widget displays the data based on the matrix selected in the On Your Radar widget.

You can use these options in the widget:

  • Snooze: Use this option to turn off the reminder for the action.
  • View Snooze List: Use this option to access the Snooze list window. You can view all the required actions for which the reminder is turned off using the Snooze option. You can click Unsooze to remove the required actions from the snooze list.
  • View All: Use this option to view all the required actions.

Required actions for Shipments past due matrix

When you can click the Shipments past due matrix in the On Your Radar widget, the related required actions, grouped by customers, are displayed. Orders with the oldest promised date are assigned higher priority.

You can click Review to access the Past due shipment window wherein the orders linked to the selected customer are displayed.

You can click Line details to view the related details on the Product Availability Inquiry screen in the application. You can click Activities to view the activities related to the order. You can use the New Activity option to add a new activity to the order.

Note: You can click Close to close the window. If an action is not taken, the reminders for the customer are not turned off. If you take an action for an order, the order is removed from the widget.

Required actions for Orders at risk matrix

When you can click the Orders at risk matrix in the On Your Radar widget, the related required actions, grouped by customers, are displayed. Orders with the recent promised date are assigned higher priority.

You can click Review to access the Orders at risk window wherein the orders linked to the selected customer are displayed. You can click order number to view the related details on the Order Inquiry screen in the application.

Note: 
  • When you select an order and click Mark as read the reminder for customer is turned off. You can view these orders in the snooze list.
  • You can use the Export to Excel option to export the entire list of orders to an Excel sheet.
  • You can click Close to close the window. If an action is not taken, the reminders for the customer are not turned off. If you take an action for an order, the order is removed from the widget.

Required actions for Orders on hold matrix

When you can click the Orders on hold matrix in the On Your Radar widget, the related required actions, grouped by customers, are displayed. Orders with the recent promised date are assigned higher priority.

You can click Review to access the Orders on hold window wherein the on-hold orders linked to the selected customer are displayed. You can click order number to view the related details on the Order Inquiry screen in the application. You can click Follow up to view the activities related to the order. You can use the New Activity option to add a new activity to the order.

Note: You can click Close to close the window. If an action is not taken, the reminders for the customer are not turned off.

Required actions for Expiring Quotes matrix

When you can click the Expiring Quotes matrix in the On Your Radar widget, the related required actions, grouped by customers, are displayed. Orders with the recent cancelled date are assigned higher priority.

You can click Review to access the Expiring Quotes window wherein the you can view all the expiring quoted the selected customer are displayed. You can click order number to view the related details on the Order Inquiry screen in the application. You can click Convert to Stock Order to convert the selected quote to the order.

Note: You can click Close to close the window. If an action is not taken, the reminders for the customer are not turned off. If you take an action for an order, the order is removed from the widget.
