Product availability inquiry

Net available is On Hand minus Reserved minus Committed. You can inquire upon a Storeroom product’s net availability in these functions:

• Product Inquiry in Storeroom
• Product Availability Inquiry or Product Inquiry in Distribution SX.e

You can access Product Inquiry from Issues & Returns. On the Edit Lines page in Issues & Returns, select a line and then click Product Inquiry.

To view the availability of specific serial- and lot-controlled products, you can access these functions:

• Serials and Lots tab in Product Inquiry in Storeroom
• Product Extended Serial Number Entry and Product Extended Lot Number Entry in Distribution SX.e

To view unavailable products, including the quantity and reason, you can access these functions:

• Unavailable Reasons tab in Product Inquiry in Storeroom
• Product Unavailable Inventory Entry in Distribution SX.e
