Changing retry logic values

Storeroom uses a 30-second retry logic when it encounters customer, ship to, and warehouse records that are locked by another process during SXAPI order creation. This logic attempts to access locked records 10 times for three seconds each time before an error occurs. You can change the 30-second default value by changing the Number of seconds to pause and Number of times to loop business rules.

  1. Select System Administrator > Setup > Business Rule.
  2. Click New.
  3. Select SXAPI in the Category field.
  4. Select Number of seconds to pause or Number of times to loop in the Rule field.
  5. Select the record, and then click Edit.
  6. Specify a different value in the Rule Value field.
  7. Click Save.
