Route Detail screen
Use the Route Detail window to view details about each route and the deliveries associated with it. You can delete routes that are in the OPEN or ASSIGNED status.
You can add or delete deliveries for routes with an OPEN or ASSIGNED status using the and options, respectively.
Routes in RETRIEVED status can be edited, which changes the status to ASSIGNED. You can then update the route to add or remove deliveries and reassign to another route.
The assigned deliveries to the route are displayed in the
grid. You can search and sort deliveries and view delivery
details. The deliveries in the grid are grouped based on these scenarios:- If the Route/Day/Stop value is specified for the customers in the ERP, the deliveries are grouped based on the Stop value. The group header includes the name and address of all the customers in the group.
- If the Route/Day/Stop value is not specified for the customers in the ERP, the deliveries are grouped based on the Customer Ship to address. The group header includes the name and address of the customer in the group. You can rearrange the sequence of groups and the deliveries within each group using the option.
- The deliveries with Stop values are grouped and listed at the top of the grid, followed by the deliveries without the Stop values, which are grouped based on the customer address.
Note:
- You must click after modifying the sequence to save the changes.
- You can modify the Stop value on this screen, and the deliveries are grouped again based on the new Stop values.
