Reassigning deliveries to a different route
You can reassign deliveries from one route to a different route. This might be necessary if a
driver is unable to complete the full list of deliveries before the end of the day.
You can remove the deliveries from the first driver's route and reassign them to a
second (or third) driver's route who can complete those deliveries. If you remove or
reassign a delivery from a route with no other open deliveries, the route is marked
as FINISHED
.

Use the Search pane to display records in the Routes grid in
RETRIEVED
status. - Drill down on the route to remove the deliveries from.
- Click and then .
- Select the deliveries to reassign from the route and click .
- Select the route to reassign the selected deliveries to and click .
- Notify the affected drivers of the change to their routes. The changes are applied in the Driver application when they refresh their Routes screen.
