Use this page to create an auto drop rule for a TWL-controlled warehouse. Dropping orders automatically expedites the order processing workflow and eliminates the requirement for you to review orders and manually drop the orders. After you establish the rules for automatically dropping orders, orders that qualify to be dropped to the floor are identified by the system.

Note: Ensure that you change all the Drop Rules start times to reflect client or static time zones when you start to use client or static time zone settings in TWL. Time zone settings are selected on the SA Administrator Options-System-General screen.

The Enable Voice Interface Assignment on Drop checkbox in the Criteria section applies the auto order drop rule to the selected warehouse and warehouse zones with the voice picking function enabled.

Note: The Enable Voice Interface Assignment on Drop checkbox is displayed when the Activated checkbox is set to checked on the SA Administrator Options - Integrations - Voice Interface Options screen.
