SA Table Code Value Setup - Product Certificate Type overview

System Administrator > Setup > Table Code Value

Use this page to create and maintain product certificate types that can be associated with products. Product Certificates can be official documents issued by a third-party or regulatory body, confirming that a product meets specific standards or requirements. Alternatively, the certificates can be generated by distributors to fulfill their agreements with customers.

A single product can be associated with multiple types of certificates. Customers might request that certain certificates accompany the shipment or sent directly via email when orders are printed or invoiced.

The product certificate document types, are created in the IDM application and linked to the certificate types on this screen. To link the IDM document types to the certificate type in CSD, you must specify the following information:
  • IDM Document Type ID: The Name of the certificate type specified on the General tab of the IDM application.
  • IDM XQuery Attributes: The list of attributes to identify the certificate type. The following attributes are supported:
    • Company_Number: IDM datatype short
    • Product_Number: IDM datatype string
    • Lot_Number: IDM datatype string
    • Language_Code: IDM datatype string
Note: These attributes can be configured as the attributes for the certificate type on the Attributes tab within the IDM application. The attribute names should match one of the attributes listed above.
The product certificate type information is printed on these reports:

  • AR Customer Master List Report (ARRMC)
  • AR Ship To Master List Report (ARRMC)
