Product Inquiry field descriptions
Use the fields in the Advanced Search window to limit the search results for products.
- Criteria
- The fields to be displayed in the Advanced Search window.
- Include Inactive
- Allows you to include inactive product records in the search results.
- Keyword
- The keyword used in defining the products.
- Kit Type
- The type of kit linked to the products. Possible options:
- Include All Kits
- Exclude All Kits
- Pre-Built Kits
- Build on Demand Kits
- Tally Kits
- Lookup Name
- The name to be used to lookup the product.
- Product
- The product for which the detailed information is to be displayed in the grid.
- Product Line
- A product line associated with the products.
- Quantity
- The available quantity of the product. Possible options:
- All
- Available Quantity
- Zero/Neg Qty
- Record Limit
- The maximum number of records to include in the search results. The default value is 500.
- Saved Searches
- A list of previously saved criteria using the option.Note: All fields in this window are automatically populated based on the selected criteria.
- Status
- The status of the products. Possible options:
- All
- Direct Ship
- All Order As Needed
- Order As Needed
- Order As Needed - Non - Stock
- Stock
- Do Not Reorder
- Exclude OAN-NS
- Vendor
- A vendor associated with the products.
- Warehouse
- A warehouse associated with the products.
