Assigning a default forms printer to a user
You can associate each forms report in Distribution SX.e with a default warehouse printer. When you access a form report, the
printer specified in the Warehouse Print
Number field on the SA Administrator
Options-System-Report Items record is displayed the Printer field. The default forms
printer that is assigned to a user overrides the default warehouse printer that is
specified for the reports on the SA Administrator
Options-System-Report Items screen.
Note: The default warehouse printer
specified on the Product Warehouse Description Setup (ICSD)
screen overrides the default forms printer assigned to a user on the SA
Operator Setup (SASO) screen for demand prints generated through these
screens:
- Sales Order Entry (OEET)
- Purchase Order Entry (POET)
- Warehouse Transfer Entry (WTET)
- Value Add Order Entry (VAET)
- Select .
- Select the user record, and click .
- In the Preferences section, specify a printer in the Default Forms Printer field.
- Click .
