Terminology

This table shows the common terms used in this document:

Term	Definition
Widgets	Widgets are smaller applications with very specific purposes that can extend the core functionality of portal. These can be accessed from the widget pane.
Standard Workspaces	These are collections of widgets pre-defined by Infor based on common roles and user functions that are available for all customers in the Workspace Catalog. A customer cannot modify the content directly but can duplicate and modify the content appropriately.
Published Workspaces	These are collections of widgets that exist at the tenant level and can be modified by customers.
Permissions	Administrators can control the visibility of standard workspaces and widgets. Administrators can also control visibility of workspaces and widgets that are published by roles and specific users.
