Modifying standard workspace

Users with a PORTAL-Content Administrator role can make changes to a standard workspace by duplicating and modifying the required content.

To duplicate and modify a workspace:

  1. Select the Navigation pane in the top right.
  2. Rest the pointer on the workspace to modify.
  3. Select the ellipsis next to the name of the workspace.
  4. Click Duplicate .
  5. Specify a name for the new workspace when prompted.
  6. Click OK. The workspace is now saved to the Workspace Catalog as a published workspace specific to this tenant.
  7. Click Edit, to enable edit mode.
  8. Rearrange, add or remove widgets from the widget catalog as required.
  9. Click Save.
  10. The published workspace is now updated and available in the Workspace Catalog.
