ISM Mobile

ISM Mobile for Infor Service Management has functionality that is available on the mobile app when you cannot connect to the network and functionality that is available when you are online.

These features can be used online:

  • Work Queue: View your open appointments.
  • Calendar: View appointments by day, week, or month, or view as a list.
  • Requisitions: View purchase order requisitions.
  • Labor Review: View labor entries that have been posted in the back office.
  • Customer Lookup: Search for a customer by name or number.
  • New Service Order: Add a new service order while in the field.
  • Incidents: Add a new incident while in the field.
  • Pending Submissions: View submissions that failed because of a lost network connection or data conflict.
  • About ISM: Set up user and connection configuration information.

These features can be used offline:

  • Work Queue: View appointments that are assigned to you.
  • Appointments: View appointment details for appointments that are assigned to you.
  • Clock On/Clock Off: Clock on and clock off to capture hours dedicated to a single appointment.
  • Enter Notes: Enter notes in designated sections that capture user notes.
  • Review Notes: Review notes that you have entered.
  • Enter Material: Enter a material transaction without requiring a lookup if you know the exact item name.
  • Enter Labor: Enter labor transactions.
  • Enter Miscellaneous Expense: Enter miscellaneous expenses.
  • Enter Reason/Resolution: Enter and review reasons and resolutions.
  • Perform Inspection Tasks: Enter results of inspection tasks.
Note: 
  • You can log off when you are offline, but you must be connected to the network to log on to the mobile app.
  • Any information that is logged offline is saved into appointments. The information will load once the user is back online and pending submissions are rectified. Edits and entries can be queued up for resubmission when the connection is restored.
  • The mobile app cannot look up data when there is no network connectivity.
