Quick Actions for an AR Credit Manager

This widget provides instant access to the frequently used tasks and shortcuts to improve the efficiency and convenience for a user.

These quick access options are available in this widget:

• Manage invoices on dispute: Use this option to view and manage disputed invoices.
• Send dunning letter: Use this option to send AI generated dunning letters to the customers.
  Note: This option is enabled in the Advanced Workspace.
• Manage customer activities: Use this option to view existing activities and create new activities for the selected customer.
• Lookup customer documents: Use this option to retrieve the customer documents.
• Lookup lock box transactions: Use this option to retrieve the lock box transactions.
