View my Open Orders

When you click this option, the View my open orders window is displayed wherein you can view the all open orders of the CSR till date. You can click the order number or the View all open orders option to view the related details on the Order Inquiry screen of the application.

You can use these options in this window:

• Search box to filter the list by order number.
• Filter option to filter the list by the stage. Possible values:
  • Entered
  • Ordered
  • Picked
  • Shipped
• Sort option to filter the list by these parameters:
  • Stage
  • Promised Date
  • Order Number
  • Total Invoice
  • Highest First
  • Lowest First
