On Your Radar for an AR Credit Manager

This widget displays all the urgent and important tasks that an Accounts Receivable Credit Manager must perform.

The widget comprises of matrices that display the count of urgent and important tasks. You can click a matrix to view the data related to these tasks in the Required Actions widget. These are the available matrices:

• Credit alerts: This matrix displays the count of customers who have exceeded 80% of the credit limit, hold period, and are classified as high-risk.
• Orders on hold: This matrix displays the count of orders on hold.
• Pending lock box and unapplied cash: This matrix displays the number of checks that are ready to process, not ready to process, and the number of customers with unapplied cash.
• Accounts to manage: This matrix displays the number of new customers, customer account changes, and accounts with expired and expiring (within 30 days) tax exemption certificates.
