Required actions for Credit alerts matrix

When you click the Credit alerts matrix in the On Your Radar widget, the related required actions are displayed. The total number of credit alerts is classified into three categories, displayed as slim cards:

  • Customers who have exceeded 80% of the credit limit: You can click Review to access the Credit Limit Alerts window wherein the list of customers with details on credit limit usage is displayed. The status of each customer is categorized into three stages based on the percentage of the credit limit usage:
    • 80-89% - Critical
    • 90-99% - Very Critical
    • 100% and above - Hold
  • Customers who have exceeded the hold period: You can click Review to access the Hold Period Alerts window wherein the list of customers with details on limit spent and past due amounts is displayed.
  • Customers who are classified as high-risk: You can click Review to access the High Risk Alerts window wherein the list of customers with the detailed information is displayed. This slim card uses AI tools to analyze the history of selected customer over the last five years and generate a customer score. You can hover over the tooltip in the Customer Score column to view the scores for these five factors that are used in the calculation of customer score:
    • Periods final score
    • Credit used final score
    • On hold final score
    • Payment pattern final score
    • True payments final score
    Note: This slim card is enabled in the Advanced Workspace.

In each window, you can:

  • Use the search field to filter the list of customers.
  • Use the New Activity option in the Action column to create an activity for the customer.
  • Click links to access the details of the customer on the Customer Inquiry screen in the CSD application.
  • Use the Show filter row option to view the row filters.
  • Use the Clear filter option to remove the filters.
  • Use the Export to Excel option to export the entire list to an Excel sheet.
