Required actions for Credit alerts matrix
When you click the On Your Radar widget, the related required actions are displayed. The total number of credit alerts is classified into three categories, displayed as slim cards:
matrix in the- Customers who have exceeded 80% of the credit limit: You can click Credit Limit
Alerts window wherein the list of customers with details on credit limit usage
is displayed. The status of each customer is categorized into three stages based on the
percentage of the credit limit usage:
- 80-89% - Critical
- 90-99% - Very Critical
- 100% and above - Hold
to access the - Customers who have exceeded the hold period: You can click Hold Period Alerts window wherein the list of customers with details on limit spent and past due amounts is displayed. to access the
- Customers who are classified as high-risk: You can click High Risk Alerts window wherein the
list of customers with the detailed information is displayed. This slim card uses AI tools
to analyze the history of selected customer over the last five years and generate a customer
score. You can hover over the tooltip in the Customer
Score column to view the scores for these five factors that are used in the
calculation of customer score:
- Periods final score
- Credit used final score
- On hold final score
- Payment pattern final score
- True payments final score

In each window, you can:
- Use the search field to filter the list of customers.
- Use the Action column to create an activity for the customer. option in the
- Click links to access the details of the customer on the Customer Inquiry screen in the CSD application.
- Use the option to view the row filters.
- Use the option to remove the filters.
- Use the option to export the entire list to an Excel sheet.
