Required actions for Accounts to manage matrix

When you click the Accounts to manage matrix in the On Your Radar widget, the related required actions are displayed as slim cards.

You can click Review on each slim card to access these windows:

  • New Customers: This window displays the list of new customers. You can filter the grid by date range and the search field. The default value in the date range field is Last 7 days. You can click Review to access the Customer Setup screen in the CSD application.
  • Tax Exemption Certificates: This window displays the list of tax certificates that are expired and are due to expire within 30 days. You can perform these actions in this window:
    • Use the search field to filter the grid by customer.
    • Click a customer name to access the Customer Inquiry screen in the CSD application.
    • Click Review to access the Taxing tab on the Customer Setup screen in the CSD application.
    • Click New Activity to create an activity for the selected customer.
  • Customer Account Changes: This window displays the list of these changes made to customer accounts:
    • Hold period
    • Credit limit
    • Bank account number
    • Hold or open date
    • Sales status
    • Terms

    You can filter the grid by date range and the search field. The default value in the date range field is Last 7 days. You can click a customer number to access the Customer Inquiry screen and click an icon in the Review column to access the Customer Setup screen in the CSD application. The Export to Excel option to export the entire list to an Excel sheet. The Show filter row option allows you to view and hide row filters. The Clear filter option allows you to remove the filters.
