Manage customer activities

When you click this option, the Customer Activities window is displayed wherein you can search customer activities based on customer, ship-to location, activity, start date, result, and status.

You can perform these actions in the Activities grid:

  • Filter the data in the grid using the search field.
  • Click New Activity to create an activity for the selected customer.
  • Click Review in the Action column to view and modify the activity for the selected customer.
  • Use the Show filter row option to view and hide row filters.
  • Use the Clear filter option to remove the filters.
  • Use the Export to Excel option to export the entire list of activities to an Excel sheet.
